CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Tender Chunk ham, turkey or chicken (or use leftover meat; ham is best)
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook broccoli until crisp-tender; drain. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes.
