CHEESY BROCCOLI - RICE BAKE 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 jar (8 oz.) pasteurized process cheese spread
1/2 tsp. celery seed

1. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole.

2. Microwave 9-10 minutes or until just about tender. Drain well. Stir in rice, soup, cheese spread and celery seed.

3. Microwave (high), uncovered, 4-5 minutes or until heated through. About 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
