CHEESY RICE BAKE | |
1 (10 3/4 to 11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1/3 c. milk 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 2 c. cooked rice (about 2/3 c. raw) 2 c. diced cooked ham 1 c. drained, cooked chopped spinach 1/4 c. grated Parmesan In large bowl, combine soup, milk and parsley; stir to blend. Stir in rice, ham and spinach. Turn mixture into 10x6 inch baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 7 cups. 6 servings. |
