APPLE CRISP 
4 c. apples
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. white sugar
Pinch of salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix apples, flour, sugar and salt. Place in shallow pan. Mix ingredients of the topping with a pastry blender and spoon over apples. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with whipped cream.
