JILL'S GRANOLA 
1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 6 ingredients. Add honey, oil and vanilla; mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool on paper towels. Eat for a snack or breakfast cereal.
