SIMPLE GRANOLA | |
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour 6 c. regular Oatmeal 1 c. Coconut 1/2 c. Water 1 c. Oil 3/4 c. Honey 2 tsp. Vanilla 1 tbsp. Salt Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine in a large mixing bowl flour, oatmeal, and coconut. In a small mixing bowl blend together water, oil, honey, vanilla and salt. Add the blended liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Mix. Spread out on two greased cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour at 250°F. Store in covered containers. |
