ALMOND CRUNCH GRANOLA | |
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted 2 1/2 c. rolled oats (old fashioned or quick cooking) 1 c. flaked coconut 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. almond oil or vegetable oil Combine toasted almonds with oats, coconut and cinnamon. Blend honey with oil and drizzle over almond oat mixture, tossing to mix well. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven; loosen with spatula. Cool. Makes 6 cups granola. |
