1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's low fat granola cereal
Vegetable cooking spray
