CRAB OR SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can cream of tomato soup (Campbell's)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. minced green onions
1/2 c. minced celery
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
2 cans shrimp or crab (rinse, drain, sprinkle 3 to 4 drops of lemon juice over shrimp or crab)
2 env. unflavored gelatin in 1/2 c. water

Heat soup and add Philadelphia cream cheese. Blend in mayonnaise and add shrimp or crab, celery and onion. Add gelatin mixture, then season to taste:

1 to 2 drops of Tabasco sauce
White pepper
Red pepper
1 to 2 tsp. lemon pepper

Pour into individual or large greased mold and place in refrigerator. Serve on lettuce leaf.

I've been making this recipe for years, and it never fails to please. Everyone loves it. I also add 1/4 cup chopped green olives, 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, and about a tablespoon of Worcestershire. It goes in a flash.
