BAKED FISH 
3 lbs. fish fillets
2 tsp. instant minced onions
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Paprika
Salt & pepper

Wash and dry fish thoroughly, place in shallow baking dish, skin down (if any) in a single layer. Smooth a thin layer of mayonnaise over the entire fish, sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, instant onions and paprika. Cover with aluminum foil loosely and bake 40 minutes in a preheated 300 degrees oven. Uncover and bake until lightly browned (5 or 10 minutes). Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
