BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. fish fillets
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Dash pepper
Paprika

Place fish in oiled baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread over fish. Bake at 500 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
