HOME BAKED FISH STICKS 
1 lb. codfish
3/4 bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 sweet pickle
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon

Wash fillets and dry. Cut in long pieces. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip fillets in egg then dip in bread crumbs. Lay in baking pan, melt butter and pour over fish sticks. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
