BAKED SESAME CARAWAY POTATO
STICKS
 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. caraway seeds, crushed fine
1 boiled potato, peeled and cut in 1/4 inch thick sticks
1/4 c. sesame seeds

In small pan melt butter seasoned with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add potato sticks, coating them well with butter. In shallow dish, combine caraway seed and sesame seeds and roll potato sticks in mixture. Bake them on baking sheet at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
