BAKED POTATO STICKS 
Wash 2 pounds russet potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters; then cut each quarter into thirds.

Brush "sticks" with soft butter. Roll and coat them in a mixture of 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and seasoning to taste. (Suggest: 1/4 teaspoon each salt, paprika and garlic powder.)

On a baking sheet, spread out "sticks" in a single layer and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes (tender inside and crispy outside). 6 servings.
