4 c. diced raw apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix raw apples and sugar together. Beat eggs, oil and vanilla together and add to apples and sugar. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add to rest of ingredients. Mix all together and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
