RAW APPLE BUNDT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
3 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, mixed with flour
3 c. raw apples, diced
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and work with hands until all are blended thoroughly. Pour into well oiled and lightly floured bundt pan or tube pan may be used. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Test with toothpick.
