RAW APPLE AND BLACK WALNUT CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. diced raw apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Mix eggs, sugar, and oil; beat until fluffy. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour in well greased oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
