2 c. apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil or butter
2 c. sugar
A pinch of salt
2 eggs

Mix all together and put in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees and leave in oven for 15 minutes after you turn off the heat.
