1 c. walnuts
3 c. diced, peeled apples
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. salad oil

Mix together and beat mixture about 3 minutes (holding nuts and apples to add after batter is thoroughly beaten. Turn into a greased pan, 9 x 13 x 2 inches and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until tests done. Cool cake before cutting.
