SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
1/2 pkg. bread stuffing
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. sugar
1 big can tomatoes or 3-4 fresh, sliced
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 to 1 stick butter

Grease casserole. Mix stuffing, oregano and sugar. Put half of mixture on bottom, then layer tomato, onion and cheese. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
