BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
3/4 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream Crisco and sugar, mix well. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, sour cream. Sift a little flour over nuts and chocolate chips to avoid them falling to bottom of pan. Sift all dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture. Beat until creamy. Add bananas, nuts and chocolate and mix.

Bake in a 15 x 10 inch oblong pan for 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
