BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 c. Cheddar croutons
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
8-10 slices bacon (crisp and crumbled)
Pepper to taste

In the bottom of greased 10 x 6 1 3/4 inch baking dish combine croutons and cheese. Combine eggs and milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper - mix well. Pour over crouton/cheese mixture in casserole. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes until eggs are set. Serves 8.
