BROCCOLI TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Cook frozen broccoli 4-5 minutes on high in microwave. Drain and set aside.

In a 3 quart glass casserole combine rice, soup, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and onion. Microwave 2-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir in tuna and broccoli; microwave 12-14 minutes. (Chicken may be substituted for the tuna.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
