TUNA-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. vermicelli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked broccoli
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, packed in water
2 tsp. dried onion
Dry parsley
Grated American cheese

Prepare vermicelli, leave slightly chewy; drain. Add dried onions, dry parsley, tuna, broccoli, soup and milk in a separate pot. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add vermicelli. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle cheese. Place in oven at 325 degrees until cheese melts.
