TEXAS BAR-B-Q 
6 center cut pork chops
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. mustard with horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 oz. pkg. chili seasoning

Stir sauce ingredients together, boil, stir until thick. On moderate grill, cook chops 30 minutes, turn. Remove after 30 minutes. Put slice of pineapple on each and pour sauce over each chop and wrap in tin foil. Cook another 30 minutes. Chops should register 170 degrees inside on a meat thermometer.
