DADDY JACK'S TEXAS BAR-B-QUE
BRISKET
 
3-4 lb. brisket
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Celery salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle Bar-B-Que sauce (Texas style)

Must begin one day prior to serving.

Pour liquid smoke over meat. Generously sprinkle both sides of brisket with celery and garlic salt. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. DO NOT DRAIN.

Sprinkle with pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt.

Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.

Pour bar-b-que sauce over meat and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
