TEXAS BAR-B-Q BRISKET 
4-5 lbs. beef brisket, boneless
1 tbsp. unseasoned tenderizing salt
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Rub brisket with unseasoned tenderizing salt. Place in pan fat side up. Stir together liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and pour over meat. Cover tightly with foil. Cook in oven 300°F for 1 hour; turn down to 200°F and cook 8 to 10 hours.

Serves 10 to 12 persons.
