CREAMY DESSERT

1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter, room temp.
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat together and add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk
