CREAMY DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick soft butter 1 c. nuts, finely chopped 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 9 oz. carton Cool Whip 2 pkg. instant pudding (chocolate, lemon, butterscotch) 3 1/2 c. cold milk Make a crust by mixing flour, butter and nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust. Mix pudding with cold milk. Spread on cream and Cool Whip mixture. Spread on remaining Cool Whip. Chill until set. |
