CAULIFLOWER CHEESE SOUP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. diced ham (optional)
1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped celery
1-2 diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook all vegetable in 2 1/2 cups water until tender. Add the 2 cans of soup and 2 (soup) cans of milk with the cheese and ham. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir once in awhile.
