JEAN STEWART'S SALAD 
1 - 2 c. cauliflower florets
1 - 2 c. broccoli florets
1 - 2 c. cherry tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
3 - 4 carrots, cut into sticks
2 - 3 stalks celery, cut into sticks
2 sm. cans button mushrooms
1 sm. can pitted black olives
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Combine all ingredients in a large shallow dish or plastic bag. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring or shaking a few times. Drain before serving.
