GAILS SWEET DOUGH 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
Enough flour for thick dough

Dissolve yeast in warm water (110 to 115 degrees), add all ingredients adding flour until dough pulls away from side of bowl, on floured surface knead dough until satiny, smooth and shiny. Put in greased bowl, cover with plastic or towel. Let rise until double, punch down and then form into desired shapes. Let rise again until double. Bake at 375 degree oven until done.
