SWEET ROLL DOUGH 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 yeast cake or pkg.
1/4 c. lukewarm water
6 c. flour

Scald milk. Add sugar, salt and shortening. Add eggs. Add yeast (dissolved in lukewarm water). Add flour and beat 2 minutes with dough hooks. Pour into well-greased bowl. Cover with damp towel. Allow to double in bulk. Grease handle and pinch off to make rolls. Makes 3 dozen rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
