SWEET ROLL DOUGH 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. salt
About 7 c. flour
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs

Soak yeast in the lukewarm water with the sugar; add the milk, butter, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon salt (scalded milk should be cooled to lukewarm). Add the eggs and yeast mixture. Add the flour and mix well. Do not knead. Let dough rise until double then add a little flour and knead a few minutes. Let rise until double again. Make rolls or coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts.
