SWEET ROLL DOUGH 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft butter
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour

In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in very warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients except add only half the flour. Mix with spoon until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to handle easily. Mix by hand or spoon. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, 5 minutes.

Place dough in well-greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth. Let raise in warm place until double. Punch down, let raise again until double. Divide dough for desired rolls or coffee cakes. Shape and let raise. Place on greased utensil. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost. Makes 3 large cakes or 1 to 2 dozen rolls.
