WILD BAR-B-QUE DUCK 
4 ducks
4 lg. onions
8 garlic buttons
3/4 bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1/2 bottle Lea & Perrin's sauce
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 c. flour

Salt and pepper ducks, place 1/4 of onion and 1 button of garlic in each cavity. Chop remaining onion and garlic fine and mix with flour, salt, pepper to taste. Rub this mixture outside and inside of ducks. Place in pan on rack, without lid, pouring water about halfway of ducks. Simmer until almost tender, pour on remaining ingredients. Cook at 350 degrees until breasts begin to split. Baste occasionally. Serve gravy with rice or mashed potatoes.
