WILD DUCK & RICE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 stick butter
1 apple
1 onion
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 potato
2 ducks or 1 lg.
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Pressurize ducks with apple and potato, onion for 30-40 minutes. Cool. Remove meat from bones and set aside.

Combine onion soup mix, mushrooms, mushroom soup and celery seed and salt in a saucepan with 6 cups water and cook 10-15 minutes.

Combine butter and rice in a large square glass baking dish and cook in oven until rice is done and mixture is light brown. Add 2 cups soup mixture and add duck meat. Add remaining soup mixture as needed while baking to keep moist. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
