SOUR CREAM CUCUMBERS 
2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. vinegar (white)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. sour cream

(Some people desire to leave peelings on their cucumbers.)

Place cucumbers and onions in shallow dish. Cover with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Chill overnight. Next day, drain well and mix with sour cream. Chill again before serving.
