4 med. cucumbers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. dill weed

Rinse cucumbers, pare and slice thinly. Add salt to cucumbers. Mix and cover with a heavy plate. When moist, drain off juices. Add vinegar and sour cream. Add sugar and dill. Chill. Makes 8 servings.
