1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. minced chives or onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 lg. cucumbers

1. In large bowl, combine sour cream, minced chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; add and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
