BONELESS CHICKEN 
6 chicken cutlets
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. dry white wine
Ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (flavored)

Mix oil, mustard, wine and pepper. Add chicken to mixture and marinate in refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Coat marinated chicken with flavored bread crumbs and fry in oil until golden brown.
