BONELESS CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
6 pieces boneless chicken
1 egg, beaten
Cracker meal
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbells)
1 can College Inn clear broth
1/2 c. water
1 small can mushroom slices, drained

Dip the chicken in the egg and cracker meal and brown in a small amount of oil in a large skillet. Brown both sides. Place the chicken in a casserole dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Combine the mushroom soup, broth, water and mushroom slices in a bowl. Pour over the chicken and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
