SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Squash, cooked and mashed (2 lg. or 3 med.)
1 onion, chopped
2 grated carrots
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first 2 ingredients together and set aside 2 cups. Mix all other ingredients together with rest of dressing mixture. Put into casserole and sprinkle with 2 cups of dressing mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen.
