BLUEBERRY BREAD 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
2/3 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
1 c. drained, frozen blueberries

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Beat egg; stir in sugar, oil and orange juice. Stir in flour, baking powder, soda and salt; mix well. Stir in blueberries and nutmeats. Place batter in well greased loaf pan.

Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over bread dough before baking. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
