Blueberry Bread

 Kevin O'Hare (Wyoming) says:
I made this twice in three days, for 2 different get-togethers. People said they liked it a lot. I had only one slice myself. This is really more like a cake, or blueberry muffins in a different shape, than a "bread". I made it exactly as written. 50 minutes of baking in my oven seemed pretty done to me. 1 cup by weight (8 ounces) of blueberries seems to be a lot here - half the amount would have been nice enough, but I didn't mind. It also didn't rise very high - maybe 2/3 of the height of a full bread loaf. Overall, a pretty nice recipe.
