BLUEBERRY NUT BREAD 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines blueberry muffin mix
1/3 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Wash and drain blueberries. Combine all ingredients, except the blueberries. Mix until well blended. Gently fold in berries. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bread tests done with a toothpick. Cool in pan about 10 minutes, then remove.

Note: For a 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan, reduce water to 1/2 cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Makes 1 (9 x 5 inch) loaf.
