BLUEBERRY NUT BREAD 
1 (16 oz.) can blueberries, drained or 10 oz. frozen blueberries, thawed & drained
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Drain blueberries. Beat eggs. Add sugar and butter and beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and orange juice. Fold in nuts and blueberries. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 2 loaves.
