BLUEBERRY NUT BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix some flour with the blueberries before adding to the mixture so they don't go to the bottom of the pan. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small ones. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
