BLUEBERRY CRUNCH COBBLER | |
1 3/4 c. graham crackers 1/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter 4 c. washed blueberries, drained 1/4 c. water from blueberries 1 tsp. nutmeg Blend cracker crumbs with butter and sugar; set aside. Mix cornstarch, spices, and sugar together. Toss washed blueberries with mixed ingredients and place into 2 quart casserole. Spoon crumbs over mixture. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. |
