ZUCCHINI QUICHE IMPOSSIBLE PIE | |
2 c. diced zucchini 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Bisquick 4 eggs Lightly saute zucchini in butter and season with salt and pepper. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Place in blender: Bisquick, milk, eggs and cheese. Blend 1 minute. Pour on top of sauteed zucchini and place in oven. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes. |
